Different types of face cream have different components and can do different things for you. Deciding which ones to use can be a complicated process because there is such a variety of options, including day creams and night creams, cleansing creams and moisturizers and anti-aging creams and sunscreens block. This is a partial guide to some types.

Cold Cream has been named so because of the feeling of freshness it leaves on the skin. It serves as a moisturizer and a cleanser at the same time. It was invented by Galen, a physician who lived in Greece in the year 129-200, and is probably older than the familiar face cream. Beeswax, essential oils, perfume and water are the ingredients of cold cream.

For normal to dry skin, a facial cleansing cream is best for removing makeup, dirt and surface waste, as it cleans without drying the skin. An appropriate amount of cleanser is applied and gently massage the skin, then either deleted or removed, according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Some cleansing creams contain granules that help remove debris and stimulate circulation.

A moisturizing face cream should be used every day to replenish the natural lipids of the skin and maintain a youthful glow. Skin soft and smooth is the result of applying regular moisturizers. There are generally two types of moisturizers, it is appropriate for use at night and another that is used during the day. Moisturizers are beneficial for dry skin types normal.

A face cream that contains a sunscreen or a sunscreen will prevent damage from UV rays. These damages include sunburn, age spots and premature wrinkles, making your skin ugly. Overexposure to UV radiation is also known as a primary cause of skin cancer. Regular use of sunscreen or block sunscreen is strongly recommended.

To reduce the signs of aging such as wrinkles and blemishes, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) are often used. AHA and retinol, a form of vitamin that stimulates cell renewal of the skin, are common ingredients in face creams, anti-aging. This type of face cream will renew the surface of the skin and make it look younger. It has side effects of irritation, blisters, burns, and discoloration of the skin and should be used with caution.

A physician should be consulted before using an anti-aging cream. On the other hand, other types of facial creams are generally harmless to most people. Just to be sure, a face cream should be tested before use. You can test it by applying a small amount onto a surface of your skin that is usually not noticeable. Leave the cream on the 24-48 hours and see if it has negative effects.

It is a good type of cream for the face to the needs of each individual skin type. The right kind make the skin healthier and more beautiful. Finding it may take some time and effort, but will certainly be worth.
